The actress, who will also be seen as the lead actress in the Kamal Haasan, Rakul Preet Singh starrer Indian 2, currently enjoying the phase of motherhood. Unlike many others, Kajal does not shy away from posting photos of her newborn son Neil. He just turned 6 months old and the actress shared an emotional post about her journey to become a mother.

Kajal Aggarwal took to Instagram to share a photo of her son and posted a note that read, “I can’t believe how quickly the past 6 months have gone or the profound change that has taken place in my life.” She went on to say: ‘I belong to a frightened young woman with a writhing mass on her chest and wondering how she was going to take care of it, fulfilling mommy duties now and learning along the way. Of course balancing full time work and making sure I never compromise on my time, attention, love, nurturing care for you is a huge challenge, I wouldn’t have it any other way and I never thought I would enjoy so much these fleeting moments of Babydom! You are now rolling on the floor, swinging from side to side, stomach and back – it seemed to happen overnight?? you’ve had your first cold, your first bump on your head, your first time in the pool, the ocean, and you’ve started tasting food.”
She added the special wish of six months, adding, “Your dad and I joke that you’re going to college next week because time is going so fast. You have already left behind the helpless newborn you were so recently! I am in awe of how you absorb every little moment of life and often overwhelmed by the great responsibility God has blessed me with, being your mother! It is, as they say, the most challenging and rewarding job I will ever have. Happy half way to 1, my love, my baby Neil ??
After many rumours, Indian 2 has finally resumed his schedule. Kajal Aggarwal shares screen space with Kamal Haasan and Rakul Preet Singh in this sequel to the vigilante action drama. Directed by S Shankar, it is reported that the actress has already started the final schedule of the film.
