On the second day of testimony at the Danny Masterson rape trial, Judge Charline F. Olmeida called a brief recess, barely an hour, at the testimony of a witness who was overwhelmed with emotion as she described how she thought she was “going to die” during an encounter with the “That ’70s Show” star. She testified that she fainted and woke up to the water on her head and Masterson in front.

The next thing he remembered he dragged her from the bathroom to his bedroom and pushed her to the bed. “I died or fell asleep or fainted.” She remembered that waking up naked with Masterson was piercing her.

Now crying uncontrollably, JB said that Masterson threw all the weight of his body on her and she fainted.
“I came over and he was still on top of me. I had no pillow on my face. I grabbed his throat,” she said.
She testified that Masterson grabbed both of her hands and held her by his wrist to her head and placed his other hand on her neck. “He squeezed really really hard,” she said. “I thought I was destined to die. I thought he would kill me.”
At that time JB’s words could not be understood that she was crying very loudly.

She said the church declined her request to report the incident to the police, and suggested she was “pressured” to sign the NDA in 2004.
