More than a year after filing for divorce, Kanye West is finally on track to settle things with estranged wife Kim Kardashian who filed for divorce from the rapper in 2021.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the ‘ThursdayThe rapper filed a “disclosure statement,” which is usually filed when a divorce case is about to be settled. The documents also show that the 45-year-old has sent all his financial information to the reality star.
However, there is no clarification regarding custody of their four children — North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3. According to the report, despite the fact that he and Kardashian had had better “co-parenting” West told Tucker Carlson earlier this month that he is unwilling to “make compromises” when it comes to raising his children.
“Right now we’ve come to a compromise — but I’m not done yet because I’m not going to compromise — but we’ve come to a compromise that my kids come to my school after school and learn choir,” he told Carlson. After several outbursts from the rapper and months of feud, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from the Yeezy founder in 2021.
The Skims founder currently has custody of their children “80 percent” of the time and has reportedly cut all communications from West amid his social media rants. Sources have told the outlet that the Kardashians star refuses to talk to West about their children’s schedules without her assistant.
