Starz. P-Valley renewed for season 3 in

“Pe-Valley” has been renewed for a 10-episode third season in Starz. The critically acclaimed strip club-set drama is currently the biggest cable network show in the US

The sophomore season of “P-Valley” — produced and executive produced by Pulitzer Prize-winning Katori Hall — has averaged nearly 10.3 million viewers domestically across linear, VOD and streaming platforms, reports the network.

“‘P-Valley’ continues to keep audiences on the edge of their seats as it captures the nuances of the Mississippi Delta with an unprecedented level of humanity and artistry,” Catherine Busby, President of Original Programming at Starz, said in a statement. “This layered drama goes beyond dazzling through authentic and complex characters that have captured the hearts of critics and audiences alike. We can’t wait to see what Katori has in store for us in season three.”

Hall, who is also the showrunner, said, “I am beyond measure blessed to have this opportunity to write the next chapter of ‘P-Valley.’ With its complex, dynamic, and beautifully flawed characters, the show is American. The South is a love letter to marginalized communities who rarely find themselves reflected on screen, and I’m so glad to know it’s been adopted by Fox around the world. We’re back to that pony Wouldn’t be coming without our staunchly dedicated Pink Pose. You’re all our fire. And a special thanks to the fuel: everyone who has a hand in the show. From the writers and producers to the cast to the crew to the executives, this The show is made with great love, patience and brightness. It’s going to take us a Mississippi minute before it hits your screens again, but trust best it will be worth the wait.

Based on his play “Pussy Valley,” “Pee-Valley” is a one-hour play that “tells the kaleidoscope of a small-strip-club—Joe and the older characters who come through her door—optimistic, lost, broken.” Baller, beautiful and damned.” Set against the rural Mississippi Delta in the fictional town of Chuklisa, Pink serves as an oasis for the chosen family, where small-town people dream beyond the confines of their limited circumstances. In Season 2, “Pee-Valley” revealed a whole new shade of pink as it struggled to stay open during a pandemic, new additions, and the battle for the throne.

‘P-Valley’ Season 2 stars Nikko Annan, Alarica Johnson, Brandy Evans, Shannon Thornton, Jay Alphonse Nicholson, Parker Sawyers, Harriet De Foy, Dan J Johnson, Moroccan Omari, Dominic Devore, Tyler Lepley, Jordan M. Cox, Skyler Joy, John Clarence Stewart, Miracle Watts, Shamika Cotton, Gail Bean, Stotra Salazar, Loretta Devine, Thomas Q. Jones and Bertram Williams, Jr.

Dante Di Loreto also serves as an executive producer on the series. Lionsgate Television produces for STARZ.
