In his heartfelt conversation with HT, Amar said, “When I left Kyunki, it was a tough decision because I had so much work. I had three films in hand and was directed in six projects”. He added: “I shouldn’t have been so greedy as an actor. Today I would have stayed with Kyunki and they said to wait”. The actor was recently seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 playing the role of Tabu’s husband. he remembered the worst phase of his life in 2002-2022. He said: “I didn’t sleep well, which negatively affected my body and mind. I was unable to give time to myself and forget about family. Everyone was harassed, including my producers, because I couldn’t give them time. for shoots. It was a big mess for dates. Some gave me an ultimatum and a few producers would have gone out of business if I had left half way through. I created a lot of mess over the dates”.
