What happens in The Conjuring 4?

“There are some really interesting dossiers in the ’80s and, without giving any away, I think it’s also interesting to see the Warrens more as these public figures under scrutiny, skeptics looking to come to them, they work with police forces,” director Michael Chaves (The Curse of La Llorona, The incantation: the devil made me do it, The nun 2) said where the franchise might go with the Warrens, via DevDiscourse. “What [The Devil Made Me Do It] hopefully this new chapter opens up for the Warrens. This has a very unique ending to the incantation movies. I’d like to see where it could go from here. What could the Warrens get into? What happened to their career? I think there are so many possibilities.”

The incantation 4 hasn’t been given an official release date, but the franchise will return when The nun 2 opens in theaters on September 8, 2023.
