When it comes to pushing the boundaries of dance and performance, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 has witnessed some powerful and out-of-the-box performances from participants. The contestants pose difficult challenges to each other and push themselves to the limit with each episode. Among them is Rubina Dilaik, who has witnessed a rather astonishing growth in her performances, winning the hearts of not only judges but also the audience. However, the actress may have gone a bit overboard with exercise, causing injuries around her shoulder and neck.

Rubina Dilaik has been paired up with Sanam Johar and the two have put together some great performances with awe-inspiring lifts. However, during their recent practice session, things went awry with the actress sustaining injuries around her neck and shoulder. Rubina posted a video of the rehearsals where Sanam tried to lift her shoulder. But it eventually caused problems with Sanam missing the elevator and Rubina with bruises around her neck and shoulder. The actress also shared a photo of her connected avatar on Instagram, saying: “And few things are out of our control….”
Many fans of the actress, including some of her industry colleagues, left their best wishes on the group. Her fellow nominee Nia Sharma left a comment, adding: “Oopsssssssssssss @rubinadilaik” Actress Aneri Vajani added: “Get well soon Rubi” and Charlie Chauhan added: “Watch out.”
In addition to Rubina Dilaik, the show also features Nia Sharma, Niti Taylor, Paras Kalnawat, Nishant Bhat, Gashmeer Mahajani, Amruta Khanvilkar, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu, Sriti Jha, Ada Malik, among others. The show is hosted by Maniesh Paul with Madhuri Dixit, Nora Fatehi and Karan Johar on the jury. It airs over the weekends on the Colors channel and is also available on the streaming platform Voot.
