Vicky Kaushal also congratulated Kohli on his impressive performance in the competition, calling it a “Diwali gift.”
The Manmarziyan star, who is also Kohli’s neighbor in Mumbai, took to Instagram and shared a video praising the cricketer for his performance. “‘Even the gods wanted such a game!’ What a beauty of a knock from the absolute KING. @virat.kohli Grit. Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma, actor and wife of Virat, could not contain her excitement at the sight of his performance. She shared a loving note for Virat as she watched the game at home. “You beauty!! You damn beauty!! You have brought soooo much joy to people’s lives tonight and that too on the eve of Diwali! You are an amazing wonderful man my love. Your perseverance, determination and faith is astounding!! ”
She continued: “I have just watched the best game of my life I can say and although our daughter is too small to understand why her mother was dancing in the room and screaming wildly, one day she will understand that her father is trying his best played innings that night that followed a phase that was tough for him, but he came out stronger and wiser than ever before!”
“So proud of you!! Your strength is contagious ⭐️and you, my love, are limitless!! I love you forever and through thick and thin,” she added. Virat responded to her in the comments, writing: “Thank you my love for being by my side every moment through everything. I feel so grateful and love you so much.”
