Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Mega154 provided a sparkle for Diwali with a small glimpse of the film and it made everyone curiously anticipate the real Diwali blast. The wait is over as they have released the title teaser of the movie. The movie is titled Waltair Veerayya which is directed by Bobby (KS Ravindra).

Waltair Veerayya: Chiranjeevi Announces Title of Mega 154; film to clash with Vijay’s Varisu and Prabhas’ Adipurush in 2023

The title teaser begins with a villain sitting on a huge ship making fun of Waltair Veerayya. Then the megastar comes and sets the ship on fire, to give an appropriate answer. He is dressed in lungi, smokes bidi and records a vlog in the background of the explosion.

Shruti Haasan is the lead actress opposite Chiranjeevi. The film is billed as a mass action entertainer laced with all commercial ingredients. The film is widely produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, while GK Mohan is the co-producer.

Devi Sri Prasad is the composer for the film. The production design of Mythri Movie Makers is of a high standard. Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer. While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy wrote the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.

Waltair Veerayya is set to clash with Vijay’s varisu and Prabhas’ adipurush at the Telugu box office. The release is scheduled for Sankranti 2023.
