‘The View’ was forced to commercial after demonstrators in the audience, Ted Cruz was kicked out

After audience members erupted in protest during Ted Cruz’s appearance, “The View” turned into a bit of chaos on Monday morning. Eventually, the show was forced to be commercialized when the women in the audience ousted the senator.

The outburst came early in Cruz’s interview, as he was giving an answer, with people in the audience shouting “Now cover the climate!” As he chanted, the senator went through his reply over and over again. A few minutes later, host Alyssa Farah Griffin reassured the audience that “we cover the climate here,” while moderator Whoopi Goldberg shouted for the protesters to stop.

“Excuse me! Ladies, ladies! Excuse us! Let us do our thing,” said Whoopi. “Let’s do our thing. We hear what you have to say, but you have to go! You have to go, you have to let us do our job.”

The women stopped, but for a while. Minutes later, the same audience member appeared to abuse Cruise – it’s unclear what was said, as he was censored. But, the reaction was visible on the table, as the women were shocked by what was said. As a result, the show was immediately cut into a commercial break.
