Fox fights to win demo with Friday Night SmackDown

CBS won overall viewership on Friday thanks to airings of “SWAT,” “Fire Country” and “Blue Bloods.”

Fox claimed another ratings win with “Friday Night SmackDown”, according to Nielsen’s official Live Plus data from the same day. Just like last week, the network won the coveted demo 18-49 with a score of 0.52 for the live sports event, which aired for two hours and attracted 2.2 million viewers.

Meanwhile, CBS won overall average viewership for the night, thanks to its processions “SWAT,” “Fire Country” and “Blue Bloods.” The network attracted an average total viewership of 5.2 million, with “Blue Bloods” winning the night in viewership across the network and the hour with 5.9 million.
