Danny Masterson accuser begins to hyperventilate while describing ongoing ‘terror campaign’ by Scientology

Jane Doe 3, the long-term girlfriend of star Danny Masterson, who testified for several days in a calm, often broken voice, that the “That ’70s Show” actor often demanded “sex” from her—and sometimes even with her consent. Let’s not take it – The subject of alleged “chasing and harassment” by the Church of Scientology got emotional and loud on the stands Thursday.

The witness, also known in court as “CB”, as well as the other two women who testified in Masterson’s criminal rape case, filed a separate civil action against Scientology for continuing what she says was tainted by the church. to which it no longer belongs.

Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Müller asked him about the civil suit filed in 2019, and said “You are not asking for money. Was that (filing) related to the stalking and harassment you are experiencing?”

CB’s voice suddenly rose, and she said passionately:

“It is related to the terrorist campaign that this criminal organization has inflicted on me every day. It doesn’t matter how many police reports or FBI reports [there were]They have been doing it till date.”

As she spoke, she began to breathe heavily, before calming herself down as if she was about to have another anxiety attack.

Mueller spoke about her prior testimony where she said she loved Masterson despite two alleged attacks in November and December 2001. When asked why this was so, she said, “I was 18 when I met him. We were together for six years. I would always repeat over and over again – he saved my life. He took me to Scientology.” I believed it was true. Things are less painful if you believe something like that.”

But she also said that Masterson doesn’t respect personal boundaries when it comes to sex.

“There will be no asking, there will be no love,” she said. “At times, it happens where I sleep and I wake up to have sex with him. He was normal. That was the only thing I knew. Just how was it? ,

Defense Attorney Philip Cohen had the opportunity to cross-examine the CB, asking him about several aspects of his earlier testimony, including his claim that all three Jane Doe who accused Masterson spoke to each other. Was – after not explicitly stated. Cohen continued to state that the three worked together to make sure their stories sounded alike, which CB denied.

Cohen spent several minutes questioning CB about whether, after talking to a different detective, he contacted the Los Angeles District Attorney in an attempt to change his police report.

At that point the CB said, “Oh my god, I feel dizzy.”

Cohen immediately backtracked: “I have no more questions,” he said.

The judge called for a sidebar, then sent the jury to see the two men speaking and pointing at the witness. She then warned the public that she expected everyone in front of the jury to have a “poker face” or that they would be kicked out.

With this the CB’s testimony came to an end.

Thursday’s testimony wraps up with Officer Alexander Schlegel, who took the Jane Doe 1 (JB) report in 2004 after the alleged attack on the Masterson home in November 2003.

Schlegel confirmed JB’s testimony that he reported the sexual assault, the timing of the alleged assault, the names of the witnesses – including Julian Swartz, whom Schlegel referred to as the “minister of the Church of Scientology” – and the sequence of events.

A key point in JB’s testimony is whether Masterson had a gun, and whether he pulled it from his nightstand and pointed it at him during the attack. In Thursday’s testimony, CB said that Masterson did indeed have a registered firearm.

JB testified that he attempted to grab a gun from Masterson’s nightstand during the attack and that he slammed his hand into the drawer. She also testified that she was told by the church that she was not allowed to report that Masterson had a gun because it was not true, but that she had told Schlegel about it, that Schlegel saw something in the computer. And he said, “He lied.”

However, Schlegel testified that he did not remember her mentioning a gun, but confirmed that Masterson had placed a pillow over her face and that “she said she could not breathe and felt that she is about to die… she was trying to find something to hit. With her on [night]stand.”

When asked directly by Mueller, “Did he ever mention a gun?” Schlegel said he didn’t remember checking to see if Masterson had a registered gun, but he also said that doesn’t mean he didn’t. Schlegel’s testimony resumed Friday morning.

Masterson is facing criminal charges against three women who claim they met the “That ’70s Show” star through the Church of Scientology and were assaulted in the early 2000s. If convicted, Masterson could face a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison in a trial lasting up to one month.

Masterson denies all wrongdoing. Lawyers for Masterson, a prominent Scientologist, had sought to exclude the Church of Scientology and its influence from their trial – but this has grown almost every day.

The church vehemently denied any involvement in the matter.
