Telugu actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to social media on Saturday to inform her followers that she had been diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Myositis. The actress also said her doctors are confident she will make a full recovery.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a photo of the hospital, writing, “Your response to the Yashodha Trailer has been overwhelming. It’s this love and connection I share with all of you that gives me the strength to face the seemingly never-ending challenges it faces. life throws at me A few months ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Myositis I was hoping to share this after going into remission But it’s taking a little longer than I hoped I realize slowly we don’t.’ I don’t always have to be a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something I still struggle with. The doctors are confident that I will make a full recovery soon. I’ve had good and bad days…physically and emotionally …and even if it feels like I can’t take this anymore, somehow that moment passes, I guess it just means I’m one day closer to recovery.
Upon hearing the news, several celebrities wished her a speedy recovery. Chiranjeevi took to Twitter to write a heartfelt note for her. He wrote: “Dear Sam, from time to time challenges come into our lives, perhaps to enable us to discover our own inner strengths. You are an amazing girl with more inner strength. I am sure you will like this challenge too. you will conquer Very soon! I wish you all the courage and conviction! May the strength be with you!”

At work, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will star in her upcoming multilingual film, Yashodha. Directed by Hari and Harish, the film is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banner of Sridevi Movies and will be released on November 11, 2022.
