Kartik Aaryan on the challenges after a SUPER HIT and how NOT to get stereotyped [Exclusive interview]

Kartik Aaryan is a fan-made star and the youngest superstar to win hearts with his back-to-back releases. The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 star is currently receiving critical acclaim for his psycho thriller Freddy, he has done an exceptional job with the film. But not many people expected him to go out of the box after he tasted success with masala entertainer. But that’s what Kartik Aaryan wants, you can expect the unexpected. The Satya Prem actor got candid with BollywoodLife where he spoke about the challenge the actor faces after a super hit movie and why he never wants to be stereotyped. In an interaction with us, he insisted that how he wanted to do something different: “Obviously there was the intent to do something different, because what happens is when you do a superhit movie, you put the offerings of the movies in the same genre and personally I also don’t want to release a good script on the same genre. But on purpose at this point I was looking for a movie something like Freddy which is not made in India at the moment. Kartik added that he personally enjoys watching thrillers: “I used to watch movies like that a lot too, and when Freddy came to do it, I felt like I wanted to do this on my own. I knew this character would take its toll on me … because they never wanted to see a Kartik Aaryan in me. Kartik talked about never wanting to be stereotyped and labeled as this genre actor: “I want to be that actor who is never stereotyped. I would love to do comedy and love to do romcoms, comedy and more, and I’m glad my brain works differently “. The actor will next star in Satya Prem alongside Kiara Advani.
