Tunisha Sharma’s death is a huge shock to the entire television industry. Now BJP MLA Ram Kadam has called the 20-year-old’s suicide as love jihad and said the accused will not be spared. “The case will be thoroughly investigated and all aspects will be considered whether it is a case of live jihad or whatever. The suspect is not spared. Tunisha’s family will get 100% justice,” the MLA said. According to the FIR filed against Sheezan by the mother of the actress, Tunisha and Sheezan were in a relationship. They had broken up 15 days ago and then Tunisha fell into a depression and was very upset. On December 24, she was found hanging off the sets of the TV show and their breakup was believed to have led to her suicide. Sheezan has been arrested and a court in Mumbai has taken him into custody for four days. A case under Section 306 of the IPC has been registered against Sheezan Khan. No suicide note has been found and police have said they will investigate Tunisha’s death from both a homicide and suicide angle.

Tunisha’s uncle Pawan has also blamed Sheezan for his niece’s death. He revealed that Tunisha’s mother had tried to talk to Sheezan 10-12 days ago after their breakup. “Yes, Sheezan Khan is responsible for my niece’s suicide. I am waiting for the decision of the court,” he told media. He also added that Tunisha had had anxiety attacks ten days ago.

There was also speculation that the actress was pregnant. However, it is clear from the autopsy reports that she was not pregnant and died of suffocation after hanging. No injuries were found on her body. Her remains will probably be cremated on December 27.
