Payal Rohatgi raises questions on her family; says ‘Elders should have taken extra care’

Actress Payal Rohtagi recently expressed her heart over the death of television actress Tunisha Sharma. Payal was recently spotted with her husband Sangram Singh at the Mumbai airport on Friday, talking about the late actress Tunisha and her depression. Payal said Tunisha had talked about fighting depression in a 2018 interview when she was 16 years old. Payal even questioned Tunisha’s family, saying that the elderly in the family should be more involved in their children’s lives if they are not mentally strong. She went on to say that TV actors have hectic schedules and their mental health should have received due attention. In a video interview with a media portal, Payal said that Tunisha’s family and the elders in her family should have taken extra care of her. She even said that there is a lot of work pressure and that families have to watch their children. She even said that TV actors’ mental health is not maintained, which is wrong. Tunisha was found dead on December 24 on the sets of her show Ali Baba Dastan-E-Kabul. Her co-star and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan has been arrested by the police and charged with complicity in suicide in the case. Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma accused Sheezan of her death and also of cheating on her daughter. After Tunisha’s death, police said there was a heated argument between the couple.
