Maybe not for long, though: Prime Video’s “Daisy Jones” is rising in the rankings

,last of usremained the top breakout show for one more week in a row. Demand for the HBO series was relatively stable, up slightly over the past week, according to data from Parrot Analytics, which takes into account consumer research, streaming, downloads and social media, among other engagements.
Since the finale aired on Sunday, we expect the show to see a substantial increase in demand in the coming weeks as more data comes in and viewers get to watch the episodes so far. The show is likely to remain at the top of the rankings for the next few weeks given its massive take: for the week ending Friday, the demand for an average series in the US was 60.7 times

Rock-and-roll series has been the talk of social media lately after becoming “Daisy Jones and the Six” The first fictional band to top the iTunes charts the day after its premiere and little easter egg The first few episodes honoring Elvis Presley caught viewers’ attention. So far, the series seems to be performing impressively among US viewers as it has become 33.5 times more in-demand than the series average for the week of March 4-10.
Peacock’spoker faceseemed against Paramount+’s “1923In the battle for third place. Demand for “Poker Face” increased by 4%, while the latter declined by 10%. It makes sense, since “1923” ended well over two weeks ago, while “Poker Face” concluded its season finale last Thursday. It is likely that the Peacock series may see another spurt in demand next week as more viewers catch up with it, which could push it up to the third spot.
Apple TV+ heartbreak comedy series “shrinkRanked fifth this week with 22.2 times the average chain demand, a 6% increase. The show has already got a green signal for a second season ahead of its season finale this Friday.
A 105% increase in demand helped a new entrant make its way up the rankings this week. Hulu’s sketch comedy series “History of the World, Part 2” premiered March 6, much to the excitement of fans of the original 1981 Mel Brooks film. More than 40 years later, Brooks is back on screen as the narrator as well as the show’s creator and writer. All episodes of the series are available to stream, since the finale aired last Thursday. Clearly Brooks still has a strong fan base, as demand for the show catapulted it to sixth place in the rankings this week with 20.7 times the demand for the average series in the US.
