Kanye West is back on Instagram and claims he’s a new man. His first message proclaimed a newfound love for the Jewish people.
Why? Jonah Hill’s role in the 2012 film 21 Jump Street was the obvious turning point.
“When I saw Jonah Hill at 21 Jump Street, I felt like a Jew again.” he wrote on the platform alongside a poster for the 2012 film.
“No one should take anger at one or two people and turn it into hatred against millions of innocent people. No Christian can be called an anti-Semite knowing that Jesus is a Jew. Thank you Jonah Hill, I love you.”
West has lit a match to his career in recent months, making offensive comments on social media and in interviews. This led to lost business deals with various companies and his ostracism from high society.
A particular flash point was his comment that in October 2022 he would go “death fraud 3 against Jewish people” via Twitter.
So far, Jonah Hill has not responded.
