What’s hot?

Thank You is a movie that you must see. It’s very simple. So twists and turns. No delay or other scenes that make you walk out of the theater. It’s all about the life of a selfish businessman and how he realizes the importance of people and the gratitude he should have for them. Chaitanya has just stepped into the skin of this role. The variations in his character and how he managed to show them with ease is something the audience will fall for. Chay delivered a smashing performance and he needs all the credit to capture these different shades beautifully. Raashii Khanna looks gorgeous and she also performs well in her adult role. Other heroines Malavika Nair and Avika Gor also do their best. Malavika and Chay’s song is pretty good. Prakash Raj and Sampath played short roles, yet they surpassed their performance. Director Vikram K Kumar handles the images well as they are one of the best aspects of the film. PC Sreeram’s camera work brings magic throughout the film.

What not?

The story of the film, while simple, is routine. Audiences know these kinds of emotional stories and Chay himself starred in a movie like Premam which shows different phases of his life. So this one is very similar to just Premam. The Vikram brand is actually missing from this film. Most of the story is predictable and boring, but manageable in some parts. The running time of the film is only 2 hours, but it would have been better if there was some more cropping.

Overall, the film is watchable and a must-see for performances, visuals, and the efforts the team put in.
