Jesse Watters Says He Could Tell the Group Digging Through Trash Was an ‘Illegal Immigration Family’

Fox News host Jesse Waters is being dragged online for claiming he can tell that a group of people he saw digging through bins in search of recyclables on his way to work are an “illegal” immigration family”.

On the latest episode of Fox News’ roundtable discussion series “The Five,” featuring Waters, Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino, Jeanine Pirro and rotating hosts Jessica Tarlov, Geraldo Rivera and Harold Ford Jr., the group shared their thoughts on Texas Govt. Greg Abbott’s reported migrant busing plan, As per reports, the destinations include Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Washington, DC and Chicago – all black mayors runAs NYC Mayor Eric Adams pointed out.

“The mayor here, with more resources than any other city in the entire country, complaining about a couple thousand? That’s ridiculous,” Waters said. “Now, I looked on my way to work That an illegal migrant family is digging in the trash looking for recyclables.”

“You can tell,” Waters retorted.

During their discussion, Waters called Joe Biden central to the issue as it relates to immigrants seeking asylum in the US.

“It’s the saddest thing to see because they haven’t been able to work here. They came to work, but they weren’t able to work here,” Waters said. “And the point is this: You have to be able to choose the people who come into the country based on needs. If you need this type of person, you need these type of persons—get them in. Now People looking for a five cent bottle, that’s not right. You can’t blame a Texas guy for that.
