Tinu Verma, the action director of Gadar Ek Prem Katha, recently shared how he punched top comedian Kapil Sharma and kicked him off the sets of the 2001 film. While interacting with veteran actor Mukesh Khanna, Tinu recalled the time when Kapil was part of the opening scene of the film and how the comedian had screwed up.
“Kapil Sharma has also talked about this on his show. His father told him that if he wanted to be an actor, he had to visit the sets where Gadar was shot. I prefer to operate the camera and look at the frame when I saw one man the other I called him and asked why he did that and told him “teri wajah se another hua shot, idhar hi jana. bhaag ke jaa (It was a rematch because of you. The two will reprise their roles in the film that has been crossed off the shooting schedule. Anil Sharma directs the sequel under the production of Zee Studios. The film is scheduled to be released later this year.
