The Mijwan Fashion Show 2022, which took place on July 29, was a star-studded affair attended by a number of prominent Bollywood figures. Mijwan Fashion Show 2022 was hosted in Mumbai by actress Shabana Azmi. The event was organized to celebrate Mijwan’s 10th anniversary. Several actors from B-town and TV took part in the event. Gauri Khan, Nora Fatehi, Karan Johar, Vidya Balan, Dia Mirza, producer Boney Kapoor, Ritiesh Deshmukh performed with his wife Genelia D’souza, and many more celebrities attended the event. All the celebrities smiled as they posed for pictures. However, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone stole the show.
Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh stuns as showstoppers with Manish Malhotra’s collection at Mijwan Fashion Show 2022
There’s no denying that pair have a sizzling chemistry both on and off screen and they’re a joy to watch in one frame. The power couple is currently in the news since they were Manish Malhotra’s showstoppers at the Mijwan Couture Fashion Show, which Shabana Azmi hosted in conjunction with her NGO Mijwan Welfare Society. Deepika posted several pictures of herself and her husband Ranveer on her Instagram page. Both in the pictures padmaavat stars were featured in beautifully embroidered and decorated Manish Malhotra outfits. Deepika chose a beautiful silver and white Manisha Malhotra lehenga. The lehenga had beautiful intricate embroidery, a lace trim and studded sequins, making her look like she was someone from the fairytale.
She complemented her lehenga with a cape with intricate details and a cropped blouse with straps. Deepika opted for a traditional smoky eye and a messy bun for her hairstyle. Nude warm colored lipstick and matching jewelry completed her ensemble. In stark contrast to Deepika’s outfit, Ranveer looked as smart as ever in a gorgeous black jacket-style sherwani with a stand-up collar. The ethnic dress was black with white embroidery. He added matching shoes to complete his ensemble. His hair was neatly done in a smooth ponytail with a well-groomed beard and mustache.
Meanwhile, both Deepika and Ranveer have interesting projects in the pipeline on the work front. The actress can soon be seen in Pathan alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. Apart from this she has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, Project K with Prabhas, and the remake of The Intern with Amitabh Bachchan.
On the other hand, Ranveer has Rohit Shetty’s circus and Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in the pipeline.
