Ayushmann Kurrana heads back inland for his next film. The actor loves shooting in smaller towns and indulging in the local cuisine while exploring India’s diverse cultures.

“I’m happiest on a movie set and enjoy the whole creative process of a script coming to life. The added benefit is that I get to see different parts of India while shooting. In fact, I always try to get there a day or two early so I can experience the city and talk to the locals. Also, the locals on set help me bring a different flavor into my character.”

Ayushmann Kurrana has a hectic shooting schedule for this new project until the end of September. In addition, this year he will also be featured in two very interesting projects – Anubhuti Kashyap’s Doctor G and filmmaker Aanand L. Rai’s action hero directed by debutant Anirudh Iyer.
