Ananya Panday has spoken again and again about her family and her bond with her father Chunky Panday. Not only was she born into a movie-like family, but she also shares a great camaraderie with almost the entire industry. While she is overjoyed with her first Pan India movie liger which appeared in cinemas on Friday, the actress spoke with Bollywood Hungama about the film and also revealed more about her relationship with her parents. She also shared why she thinks her dad is the coolest.

In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, during the Rapid Fire round, when Ananya Panday was asked what makes her dad a cool dad, she replied “The joy he spreads to everyone”. When asked about her parents’ one habit of being a couple that annoyed her, the actress said, “They have set the expectations for love very high.”
Speaking of Ananya Panday, the actress made her debut with Student of the year 2 and started making movies like Pati Patni Aur Woho, Gehraiyan among other things. The actress recently starred in her first Pan India film ligerdirected by Puri Jagannadh. While it was her debut in the South industry, it was also her co-star Vijay Deverakonda’s debut in Bollywood. The film was released on August 25 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The actress will reunite with Siddhant Chaturvedi for their next title Kho Gaye Hum Kahan which also features Adarsh Gourav.
As for her father, Chunky Panday continues to be a part of Bollywood movies. His role as Aakhri Pasta of the cottageull film series has remained iconic. His wife and Ananya’s mother Bhavana Panday is part of the Netflix reality series The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. Season 2 of the series recently aired.
