Rakul Preet Singh, who was last seen on the big screen in John Abraham’s Attackrecently delivered its second OTT release of 2022, namely: cuttputtli. The crime thriller began streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from September 2. As she shares her experience working on cuttputtli of Bollywood HungamaSingh spoke candidly about her upcoming theatrical release Thank God, sharing what audiences can expect from it.

When asked if her next project will be on OTT or theater, the The De Pyaar De actor was quick to say it will be a “theatrical release”. She went on to say, “It’s (thank God) a diwali release that we’ve announced.” Singh further said about the upcoming film: “(Indra) Kumar sir directed the film and I really hope it will touch people’s hearts because he (the director) knows the pulse of the audience.”
Briefly commenting on Indra Kumar’s upcoming directing, the actress claimed, “It’s comedy and (has) a lot of emotion. I happened to see the movie about two weeks ago and I walked out feeling like we really wanted it to be.” audience would go through it.” Then she added: “It touches your heart, and it’s like a Munnabhai-(MBBS)-meets-Oh-My-God space; not that it has anything to do with that, but that is the space.”
The 31-year-old actor concluded with the words: “I find it entertaining and I think hopefully people will go to the theaters to watch it”. She also called it after Thank God Doctor G will be released in theaters while chattriwali will be released on an OTT platform.
