Fans of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are elated after the couple announced the arrival of their first child in June. The actress is currently busy promoting her film Brahmastra and was seen attending the events in pretty dresses showing off her baby bump. And now, to celebrate little Kapoor’s arrival and her pregnancy phase, moms Soni Razdan and Neetu Kapoor are expected to host a baby shower in Mumbai that will be a star-studded affair.

According to reports on Pinkvilla, Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan are planning to host a girls-only baby shower in the presence of her loved ones. The guest list includes industry celebrities such as Anushka Ranjan, Akansha Ranjan, Aarti Shetty and Alia’s other members of her girl gang. It also includes family members like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Shweta Bachchan, Navya Nanda, Shaheen Bhatt and others. While the date isn’t finalized yet, the feature is said to be held by the end of the month.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot in April and announced the arrival of their first baby in June this year. The couple have been dating for about 4 years and were recently spotted promoting their first movie together Brahmastra. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, a fantasy adventure drama derived from Indian mythology also features a jealous star cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy among others. The film also features Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in a special appearance. Produced by Dharma Productions, released on September 9 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
