Bigg Boss 16 has seen some new names in the past two days. Salman Khan’s show will apparently see contestants like Adnan Shaikh, Manya Singh, Just Sul and Abdu Rozik. Now the name Gautam Vig comes to the fore. Fans of Naamkarann knew him as Ali, a close friend of Avni (Aditi Rathore). He has done shows for Colors such as Tantra and Pinjara Khoobsurti Kaa. Gautam Vij is good looking and arguably one of the eye candy of the show. Like Shivin Narang, he can also be called as a face of the channel.
The show will air from October 2, 2o22. This time Bigg Boss 16 will be broadcast from 10pm instead of 10.30am. The show Spy Bahu goes off the air. The buzz for the show is quite low. This time the only names are Shivin Narang, Tina Dattaa, Kanika Mann, Jannat Zubair and Madirakshi Mundle. The fact that many big names like Mohit Malik, Arjun Bijlani, Sriti Jha, Divyanka Tripathi and Faisal Shaikh turned down the show reduced the hype a lot. The show needs some really big faces to make a splash.
Bigg Boss 13 was a blockbuster season. But the next two were rather bland. The channel has been cheated because it brought old faces over and over again ruining the once in a lifetime experience that is Bigg Boss. It was rumored that Salman Khan was charging Rs 1000 crores but even that has been rejected. Now we need to see how it works once it’s in the air.
