Raju Srivastav dies at 58: Sunil Pal expresses grief

Famous comedian Raju Srivastava died at age 58. He breathed his last at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. It was on August 10, when he had a heart attack. He died after 41 days of hospitalization. Raju Srivastav’s good friend Sunil Pal was the one who continued to provide health updates on the comedian. Some time ago, he posted a video while listening to the tragic passing of Raju Srivastav. In the clip, he said that he found out about his sad news and that he cannot trust the same. He wished that day would not come. For 40 days he fought a battle and everyone prayed for a miracle. This is the saddest day. The comedian was training at a gym in South Delhi, where he suffered a heart attack. He reportedly complained that he felt uncomfortable when he was taken to the hospital. He had undergone angioplasty the same day and had been on a ventilator ever since. Raju Srivastav’s cousin had previously told PTI news agency that the comedian was doing his routine workout on the treadmill when he suddenly fell. He suffered a heart attack and was rushed to AIIMS.

In recent days, Raju’s health has fluctuated widely. Reports circulated of the comedian regaining consciousness, but his brother Dipoo Srivastava said they did not hear the same from the doctors. Dipoo had revealed that the comedian made a slight recovery. The great man left behind his wife Shikha, whom he married in 1993, and their two children Antara and Ayushman.
