Reports suggest that Vikas Kumar issued the order to a judge in court based on the complaint filed by Shambhu Kumar an ex-serviceman and a resident of Begusarai. Shambhu Kumar claimed in his complaint in 2020 -almost two years since the series ‘XXX’ season contained many offensive scenes related to soldier wives, which will hurt the feelings of the people involved in this service.
According to reports, the supporter of Shambhu Kumar said in their statement to Ekta, “The series aired on ALT Balaji, an OTT platform owned by Balaji Telefilms Ltd of Ekta Kapoor. Shobha Kapoor is also associated with Balaji Telefilms,” said Hrishikesh. pathak. The statement further reads: “The court had subpoenaed them (Kapoors) and requested that they appear before him in connection with the case. However, they (Kapoors) informed the court that certain scenes in the series were removed after the appeal. But they appeared. not before the court, after which the warrant was issued against them”.
