American Horror Story season 11 release date, poster revealed

‘American Horror Story’ season 11 is coming out in October. FX announced Thursday that “AHS: NYC” will premiere on FX on October 19 at 10 p.m. ET/PT and stream on Hulu the following day.

The first two episodes will be released on the same day, followed by two new episodes every Wednesday for the next four weeks. “American Horror Story” Season 11 has a total of 10 episodes.

While the plot of the new season is still being wrapped up, the cast includes Joe Mantello, Billie Lourd, Zachary Quinto, Russell Tovey, Leslie Grossman, Charlie Carver, Sandra Bernhard, Isaac Powell, Denise O’Hare and Patti LuPone.

“American Horror Story” is the longest-running series in FX history and has already been renewed through season 13. All the last 10 seasons are currently streaming on Hulu.

The latest season comes as co-creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy is enjoying a lot of buzz for his latest Netflix series, “Dahmer” starring “AHS” regular Evan Peters. Murphy is set to move on to the long-awaited next season of “Feud,” titled “Feud: Capote’s Women,” which will air on FX and is currently casting.

Check out an incredibly spooky “AHS: NYC” poster below, and keep your eyes peeled for clues about the season’s plot. The show’s previous season, “American Horror Story: Double Feature,” was split in half and told two different stories. Season 8, meanwhile, went down the ’80s slasher route with the subtitle “1984.”

Murphy, Falchuk, Alexis Martin Woodall, John J. Grey, Manny Cotto, Jennifer Salt and Our Lady J serve as executive producers on FX’s “AHS: NYC”. “American Horror Story” is produced by 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios.
