Well, you don’t have to keep guessing anymore because Tamannaah herself finally made it clear why her screen time was cut so drastically baahubali 2 unlike baahubali 1and the reason is not as anyone could ever have imagined in their wildest dreams.

Revelation on her abridged role in Baahubali’s conclusion in a exclusive interview Speaking to BollywoodLife, Tamannaah Bhatia said: “I was never there in Baahubali 2. I should never have been there. My character was only there in part 1. In fact, the three scenes they showed for me in Baahubali 2 were because of how the first movie did, and they were like we can’t have you in this movie right now, so my placement was literally a cameo in the second part.”

The actresses revealed how she always knew she was never allowed to star in the second film, adding, “I was never meant to be there, even when I heard the first script I would only be there in the first.” Actually, I don’t know that many people know this, but Baahubali had been shot for a year and a half when I came on board, so I was literally the last one to get on the train, the Baahubali (Part 1) happened and our worlds changed.”
So there you have it. All rumors about her role can now finally be put to rest.
