Abdu Rozik’s agency condemns Sajid Khan, Sumbul Touqeer’s ‘I love tatti’ prank; questions makers over morally incorrect footage

A few days ago, the internet was ablaze with a prank played on 19-year-old Tajik social media sensation Abdu Rozik by his fellow contestants Sajid Khan and Sumbul Touqeer as they celebrated Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia’s birthday at the home of Bigg Boss 16. Abdu’s agency has now condemned the act and has also questioned the creators of Bigg Boss 16 about the broadcast of morally incorrect images on national television. It all started when Abdu, who is apparently head over heels in love with Nimrit, came up with several ways to make his co-contestant’s birthday memorable. Sajid then suggested that Abdu take off his shirt and he along with his fellow contestants Shiv Thakare, Sumbul Touqeer and MC Stan will scribble messages on his bare body for Nimrit. Abdu happily agreed and joined in the prank in good faith, netizens were furious at the way his friends scribbled “I love tatti” (I love s**t) on his back. Abdu’s management team has now issued a statement in light of this particular episode stating that it is a breach of Abdu’s trust and integrity. IFCM’s Efgeny Gabov stated that they are deeply saddened, shocked and disheartened by the recent incident ‘of their client Abdu Rozik being subjected to such inappropriate discriminatory behavior at the Bigg Boss House’. “It is a violation of Abdu’s trust and integrity to write words on his back without explaining to him the exact full meaning.”

The statement went on to say that Abdu is trying to build a career for himself in India and not become a target of unsolicited humor and ridicule on national television. The team also expressed their shock that no one bothered to apologize or explain to Abdu, but instead everyone joined in to bully and publicly ridicule him.

The agency concluded the statement by saying they hope that the creators of Bigg Boss take some critical precautions when publishing such morally incorrect images and take legitimate action against those responsible for these insensitive and socially irresponsible acts.
