The show is one of the most watched series with interesting twists in the life of the main character Anupamaa, played by Rupali Ganguly. Just a few weeks ago, Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj Kapadia’s family joined the show. Later, Paras Kalnawat expulsion, now the newcomer Alma Hussein, who played the part of Sara, decided to quit. Anupamaa: Alma Hussein quits

Alma Hussein played the role of Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj Kapadia’s niece Sara. Alma plays Barkha (Ashlesha Savant) and Ankush’s (Rohit Bakshi) daughter in Anupamaa. Sara returned from the US with her family. Sara was shown as a tap dancer who had joined Anupamaa Dance Academy as an intern under Samar (Sagar Shah, previously played by Paras Kalnawat). It’s only been a few weeks, but Alma has decided to move on. The actress shared the reason behind her departure in an interview. The actress told ETimes that she had a lot of things planned when she went to the show. However, with the planned twists and turns, it was delayed. There would be a bond of love between Sara and Samar. However, the expulsion of Paras Kalnawat and the controversy that followed put their plans on hold. And then it became difficult for the creators to open the trail of love between Sara and Samar, even after Sagar recruited Parekh as a replacement for Paras. However, there is still hope that Alma would return to the show as her character, Sara has gotten open ended. Sara flies abroad for further studies. A few weeks ago, the impeachment of Paras Kalnawat aka Samar came as a huge shock to the netizens. The production house released a statement saying that he had breached the contract by deciding to participate in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. Paras had hit back, saying they were all well informed and negotiating but when he was not ready to release Jhalak, the creators emailed him about his termination.
