If the list of Emmy Awards parties seems a little shorter than it was before the pandemic hit us all, that’s because it is. But as Hollywood continues live and large, awards season gears up for six months From the Emmys on September 12th to the Oscars on March 12th, there are definitely some pretty good parties between now and Monday.
Make sure you’re on the guest list, as these are all invite-only guest list affairs. Don’t expect to walk through the gates without a vaccination record or a negative test, as that part of the party is still in place.
Doris Bergman’s 12th Annual Luxury Luncheon and Lounge to Celebrate Emmy Season

Doris Bergman’s former home for her luxury salon is no more (the Fig & Olive has gone the dodo way, perhaps due to the ant problem), so she’s moved her annual swag party to L ‘Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Hollywood. The setting is similar, with lunch served inside and the fun happening in the backyard, where everyone from designer Sue Wong to Dulce Vida Tequila to The Marijuana Factory awaits fans of Bergman’s laid-back afternoon party. If past years prove similar, you’ll see “Abbott Elementary” star Lisa Ann Walter, Emmy and Oscar nominee Bruce Dern, and a host of other familiar faces on the scene.

This was when the combined companies garnered 140 nominations in 2022, as “Succession,” “Hacks,” and “White Lotus” helped propel the networks to an impressive showing. We’re hoping Jennifer Coolidge will be holding a statue when she arrives, because it’s about time.

Netflix returns to Milk Studios to help all of its nominees let their hair down once the stress of the Emmys is over. Look for Ted Sarandos to be in the spotlight, with over 100 nominations helping to rock the dance. The stars of “Ozark,” “Stranger Things,” “Squid Game,” and “Inventing Anna” (with Julia Garner doing an impressive double dip this year) are sure to cause a limo jam in Cahuenga at 9 p.m.
