Season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules” continues amid the ongoing cheating scandal between castmates Tom Sandoval and Raquel Lewis. While the scandal – dubbed “Scandoval” – only came to light two weeks ago, viewers are now watching the episode with a different lens. According to Bravo personality Andy Cohen, this upcoming Wednesday episode is a doozy.
“Guys, you are going to watch Wednesday’s episode. You must be thinking that this was Ricketts. Ok? it was No Rickt,” Cohen teased on his Sirius XM show “Andy Cohen Live” on Monday.
“I saw it and I was like, ‘People are going to think we did it, or we moved stuff up, or we somehow…’ But don’t believe what came out. But I’m telling you the whole episode was not touched upon,” Cohen reiterated. “Okay. It was supposed to be shown like this. So, that makes it even more shocking. You wouldn’t believe it.”
In fact, sources close to the production have told TheWrap that no closed episodes of “Vanderpump Rules” will be re-edited in light of the scandal. In other words, the episodes will air just as they were going before “Scandoval” came to light. (Click here if you need a primer.)
However, executive producer and star Lisa Vanderpump confirmed that the show has gone back into production for two weeks, and that a reunion will be taped at a later date.
Sources close to the production tell TheWrap that the footage currently being filmed will be packaged into an additional episode at the end of the season ahead of the reunion. He will not be made a standalone special.

Re-editing the current broadcast season is not unheard of. The season 12 episode “RuPaul’s Drag Race” was re-edited after a contestant was disqualified for posing as a casting director and putting the men in compromising positions.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays on Bravo.
