The TV Show Anupamaa which one has Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandey in the lead roles is currently witnessing a roller coaster of emotions. Gaurav Khanna, who plays Anuj Kapadia (Anupamaa’s husband), is currently in hospital after falling off a cliff. He would have to undergo brain surgery. Vanraj played by Sudhanshu was the one who pushed Anuj Kapadia. Vanraj is the ex-husband of Anupamaa. All in all, Barkha, the character of Anuj’s sister-in-law, kills Anupamaa. In the precap video, you can see Barkha lashing out at Anupamaa and explaining why she married Anuj when she still wanted to be by Vanraj’s side. Angry Anupamaa returns it to Barkha with full force.
