Of all the children of Boney Kapoor, it is only Anshula Kapoor who prefers to stay out of the limelight. Born the son of the filmmaker-producer and Mona Kapoor, Anshula is the younger sibling of Arjun Kapoor and half sister of Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While she likes to stay away from the glamor of the tinsel town, Anshula recently took to social media to share a comment about loving your body that will be an inspiration to many.

Anshula Kapoor took to Instagram to share a photo of her in a pretty blue bikini as she was seen enjoying the view by the pool. In the said caption shared along with the photo, the Kapoor girl recalled the times she felt uncomfortable taking off a bikini. She said: “3 months ago I remember having a conversation with @priyamganeriwal about swimwear, and I remember telling her I would never wear a bikini, I just couldn’t take it off and I don’t have the confidence to to feel comfortable in a. Her answer was simple: “why not? I think you should totally wear one.”
She kept talking about how her mind changed and how she started to accept and love her body. She continued: ‘Why did I hesitate? Because I’m so used to thinking that I need a certain body type in order to wear certain clothes.. I’ve been so conditioned to want to hide my body and “play it safe”, it’s like my default is to always be like “No, I can’t do that.” And I am learning to change this.”
“This image has been in my drafts for a few weeks, because I still have what we call bad body image days. And on such days I convince myself that only ‘perfect’ photos belong in the feed. I’m still learning my hate body i am learning to be ok with my body even on days when she feels bloated or not looking her best its ok to be covered in stretch marks its normal to have cellulite and texture , the skin is meant to fold and roll, and my FUPA will always be a part of me and that’s okay too!” she added.
“I’m glad I took the gamble and bought the bikini. This was one of my favorite days on our vacation. I felt confident, I felt good in my own skin. This is me chasing joy instead of perfection. And I can’t wait to wear this bikini again. If you’ve ever wanted to wear something you liked on someone else, but convinced yourself not to, maybe it’s time to just pursue joy and listen to your heart?” she concluded.
