black nativity scene follows the life of a young man who travels to New York City on vacation to visit family. When confronted with some very strict rules and boundaries in the household, he decides to return to his mother. This is a heartwarming story of family, growing up, growth and faith. Hudson plays Naima Cobbs, the single mother of the boy Langston, played by Jacob Latimore.
