The recently launched Bigg Boss 16 strives to live up to its theme of ‘Game badlega kyunki BIGG BOSS khud khelega’. On the first day, Bigg Boss changed the morning routine that has remained more or less constant for the past 15 years. This time, Bigg Boss ordered the contestants to wake up to an alarm and recite the show’s “national anthem.” In another sly move, it was announced that there will be a big twist in the season’s first nomination. This main tradition of nominating roommates for eviction for a reason is being dropped.

In the final season of Bigg Boss, the contestants will be asked to nominate their fellow candidates without giving reasons/explanations. With these instructions, entrants must make nominations by burning the nominee’s photo. In fact, housemates Tina Datta, Manya Singh and Soundarya Sharma have already completed this procedure and they even apologize to the housemates they nominated. But Bigg Boss does not approve and punished them for being image conscious and playing it safe. In fact, all three are instructed to do all household chores until further notice.
In addition to the twists, Bigg Boss might also see a few in the house. Colors’ show Udaariyaan leads Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary who have returned to the small screen together as the show’s contestants get plenty of attention due to their chemistry. While fellow contestant Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia has tried to get Ankit to tell the beans about the status of his relationship with Priyanka, he claimed they are very clear and sorted in what Priyanka wants a future, and he doesn’t. While Gautam Vig claimed that Priyanka has a soft spot for him, Ankit ended the conversation by claiming that they don’t even think about such things.
Bigg Boss Season 16 airs Monday through Friday at 10pm and Saturday and Sunday at 9:30pm on COLORS.
