One of the highly anticipated films of the year, Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna, will hit theaters on September 9, 2022. While India will see the film release on Friday, September 9, Brahmastra will have paid previews in the United States starting September 8, with shows starting at 5 p.m. The US pre-bookings have sold tickets worth USD 100,000 for Thursday’s paid previews.
At the Hyderabad event on Friday, it was confirmed that the film will receive the widest release across 8,000 screens. K Madhavan, Country Manager & President Disney Star, revealed:Brahmastra is not an Indian movie. It will travel all over the world. We are going to release it on almost 8000 screens – 5000 in India and 3000 worldwide. I think it’s happening for the first time.”
