The Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Batt starrer Brahmastra doesn’t seem to stop at the checkout. After a good opening, the company of the management of Ayan Mukerji had grown enormously in the first and second week in a row. Now, in its third weekend, the film business has continued to grow. In fact, the film, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy, managed to bring in a huge Rs. 20.95 cr over the third weekend.

According to reports, the Rs. 75 ticket prices benefited immensely Brahmastra, which saw Rs. 8.8 cr comes in on Friday, compared to Rs. 8.85cr and Rs. 6.30 cr on the third Saturday and Sunday walk. In fact, with these great third week collections, the total company of Brahmastra has now reached Rs. 243.25 cr, a stone’s throw from the Rs. 250 cr mark. Looking at the current trend, Brahmastra look ready to cross the Rs. 250 cr mark in the next few days.

As if that wasn’t enough, with Ayan Mukerji taking to social media and announcing slashed ticket prices for the film, at Rs. 100, trade forecasts estimate that the company of Brahmastra in its fourth week will remain strong. Early estimates, with the reduced ticket prices Brahmastra could very well see his company approaching Rs. 275 cr at the end of the week.
