Directed by Ayan Mukherji Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt which was released on Friday last week. After enjoying a good wave of pre-bookings, the film, which reached more than 5,000 screens in India, opened on a high note. Yesterday, Bollywood Hungama even revealed that: Brahmastra had surpassed War and KGF 2 in the field of collections at the theater chain PVR Cinemas. Well, continuing its march at the checkout seems like Brahmastra set a new kind of record.

According to reports, Brahmastra which has continued to captivate audiences has seen huge bookings in theaters, with certain venues adding shows and showing the film around the clock to meet audience demand. Well, at the PVR cinema chain of theaters, Brahmastra has kicked things up a notch and raised Rs. 9.92 cr. in collections on day 3. This is the highest amount ever in a single day at the PVR chain of cinemas, as it beat War’s collections [Rs. 8.85 cr. – Day 1] and KGF 2 [Rs. 9.33 cr. – Day 1]

As if that weren’t enough, looking at the trend the film is enjoying, early estimates indicate that the film’s business could continue to grow.

Currently, Brahmastra has managed to collect Rs. 120.75 cr. during the opening weekend, whose early trends on Monday indicate a good start to the week. Given the current scenario, trading forecasts claim that the company of Brahmastra will continue to grow in the coming weekdays.
