Have we seen the last of Hank in the Breaking Bad Universe?

While Hank met a gruesome end in Breaking BadDean Norris was able to reprise the role for the prequel series You better call Saul. There are no active plans to develop another spin-off in that world, though co-creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould haven’t quite closed the door on revisiting that franchise one day. Gould has even teased that Hank is a character who has the potential to do more with another series.

“Any one of these characters could have an entire show. There’s no doubt about it. I mean Kim Wexler, Mike Ehrmantraut, Hank Schrader…I could absolutely see the Hank Schrader show,” Gould said earlier this year via Subway. “We’ll just have to see what happens. At this time. I think we’re going to give it a little rest.’

In the meantime, look forward to seeing Dean Norris in Continue.
