Cops set Fox Nation premiere date for end of September (exclusive)

Fox Nation, which picked up the previously canceled “Cops” in Fall 2021, has set premiere dates for the first three episodes of the upcoming season.

“Cops” Season 34 premieres September 30 with three 20-minute episodes, TheWrap can exclusively reveal. Additional episodes of the show will debut on the streaming service this fall at 6 p.m. ET on Fridays.

“It’s been almost a year since we got the green light for ‘Police,’ and the response has been overwhelmingly positive,” Jason Klarman, president of the streaming service, said in a statement. “Our customers keep flocking to the series and we’re excited to provide our engaged audiences with more exclusive content to trust from Fox Nation.”

The long-running show was canceled by Paramount Networks in 2020 following the death of George Floyd and related protests and national protests over police brutality. Filming began quietly again later that year, although the episodes filmed at the time – to meet contractual obligations – were not expected to air in the United States.

However, Fox Nation picked up the show when it announced the news last September. The streaming of season 33 started from 1st October.
