Danger! The Boss Wants to Set Up a Masters League

“Danger!” Might go further soon.

executive producer Michael Davis recently revealed an interview With The New York Times that it wants to add a separate Masters League to the already intense Tournament of Champions, which brings together 15 competitors who have won at least five games in a row to compete against each other.

This Masters league will bring back the best of the best — what Davis said is essentially what he considers professional athletes, who often compete at a level below their talent.

“What we really need to develop is a pro-level version of the game. It just seemed ridiculous to me that we have this game where every year we take on all of our best players – our LeBrons and our Dwaynes. — and we put them all out,” he said.

Davis said that his dream would be to broadcast episodes of the Masters League live, although he acknowledged the idea that “a lot of my staff are upset.”

Davis has already announced a number of new programming since Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings have officially signed on to co-host the franchise, including the inaugural Second Chance Contest, which sees promising contestants win one-on-ones. And gives a chance to return for the shot.

“Celebrities in danger!” There’s another new program, which aims to bring some star-studded lineups to the franchise. It has also started publishing some in-depth statistics about contestants and has even created a Hall of Fame.
