“There’s a lot of comics, Daredevil comics, there’s a lot of runs where there’s levity. There’s lightheartedness. There’s fun. And I think with 18 episodes you have time to do a little bit of both.”

Marvel fans are treated to even more daredevil action amid a lighter tone in She-Hulk: Lawyer, in which Charlie Cox reprises the role of Matt Murdock, thus joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While we don’t yet know how prominent Cox’s role in She-Hulk: Lawyer we know he’ll be donning a red-and-yellow suit while working with She-Hulk to solve a case.

Daredevil: Born Again More like a reboot than a fourth season

After his appearance in She-Hulk: Lawyeras well as an expected installment in the Disney+ series Echo, Charlie Cox will lead the way in his own Disney+ series. titled Daredevil: Born Again, the actor has revealed several new details about the series, including that it will be something new rather than a season 4 of the highly regarded Netflix show. “It’s a season 1, it’s not a season 4, so it’s something very new,” Cox explained at D23 Expo. “Which I think is the right way. If you’re going to do it again, do it differently.”

Cox also explained the meaning behind the title, revealing that it doesn’t mean that Daredevil: Born Again will adapt the 1986 comic strip line by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli. “I don’t think this means we’re going to tell the Frank Miller story of Born Again in the comics,” he said. ‘I don’t think it means that. I think it – you know we have the . have made [Netflix] show, it ended, years passed, and we make another show. It’s a perfect title.”
