Jodie Whittaker took over the coveted role of Time Lord from Gallifrey after Peter Capaldi’s departure, but many longtime fans of the show aren’t quite as enamored with Whittaker’s Doctor as many of her previous counterparts. A lot of issues seem to come from writing about the series, many of which have said they weren’t quite right and focused too much on lengthy conversations about real-world issues than delivering mind-blowing sci-fi sequences.
