Recently, Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi left everyone mesmerized with her moves in thank God‘s song’maniac’what is a hindi version of ‘Manik Mage Hithe’. Not only the Hindi version but the original song itself had charmed everyone and Sri Lankan singer Yohani Diloka de Silva became an overnight sensation in India. Speaking of the same and more, Yohani recently spoke with Bollywood Hungama. The singer-rapper talked about the first days of her career.
EXCLUSIVE: ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ fame Yohani reveals she ‘didn’t know how to make melodies’ in the early days of her career
When asked to share the biggest struggle during the early days of her career, Yohani reveals, “I didn’t know how to make a melody”. She continued, adding, “I used to be pretty pissed about it because I didn’t know how to make a melody like how people come up with melodies”.
Interestingly, on the next question, when we asked if she wanted to change anything about her trip, she immediately replied with “nothing”. As the round progressed, she also revealed that she wants to partner with Badshah.
Currently Yohani is enjoying the success of the Hindi version of her popular song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’‘. The song is featured in Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra starrer thank God. The film, which will be released on October 24, 2022, also stars Rakul Preet Singh.
