Friday the 13th prepares his return. In addition to working on a new movie from the 1980 horror saga, Peacock is working on a prequel series titled Crystal lakefocusing on the famous camp where Jason Voorhees commits his bloody and macabre murders.
In the film, several young people spend their holidays in a recently reopened summer camp, in which a young man drowned in the lake several years before. Within a short time, some of them are found dead.
Very few details have been shared since the series was announced except for the return of original protagonist Adrienne King, who has finally revealed details through her Instagram:
“Happy Friday Campers! Bryan Fuller, our damned brilliant lead consultant/producer on Crystal Lake, the upcoming series and I had another exciting meeting that filled me with what’s to come at Camp Blood! Always a pleasure and can’t wait for me to I can share some details!”
