Bollywood star Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja recently graced the singing reality show Indian Idol 13 and saw a lot of fun listening to the contestants. But one contestant who touched Govinda’s heart was Vineet Singh, who overwhelmed the actor with her singing skills.
During the episode, Vineet acted in Neeche Phoolon Ki Dukan from 2000 comedy drama Joru Ka Ghulam starring Govinda and Twinkle Khanna. After witnessing Vineet’s powerful and energetic performance on stage, Govinda offered him the chance to sing in his next film.
“You will be singing in my next film,” Govinda told Vineet as he shared the jury panel with Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani. His wife Sunita Ahuja also praised Vineet and said she is his biggest fan. “I’m your biggest fan. Never stop singing. People will demotivate you, but you have to keep singing and never stop,” she said.
While praising Vineet, Govinda gave his best wishes and told the contestant that he will be very successful in his career because he has some parts of his and his wife’s name in his name. “You will be very successful in your career because in your name you have parts of my and my wife’s name (Vi + Nit),” he said.
Singer Neha Kakkar, who is on the jury along with Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani, also expressed her sympathy for his singing, calling him a “confident singer.” “Today you look like a confident singer who knows he is a superstar. Today I can say that Vineet Singh is back,” she added.
